Protea Hotel Christiana, Vaal River   16-19 October 2008

Our sincerest thanks to all the sponsors, especially the newly revamped 4 star Protea Hotel Christiana and the 41 anglers that attended this unforgettable event!  Conditions on this pristine stretch of the Vaal river was near perfect and the hunt for that big one was on!  Over 470 fish were caught and released in the two days.

Sheena Carnie, editor of Fly Fishing Magazine, was invited to attend and we are looking forward to her story in the February issue of this prestigious magazine.
